I'm 80 years old and not very computer savvy with that said the company requirement was to send video of the deer feeder Which I was not capable of doing These videos were necessary to start the warranty proceedings the young lady I was speaking to walked me around other alternatives. Then email me a shipping label to send the old unit back, the company did not wait until they received my feeder motor a replacement motor was sent out the same day UPS Picked up the return item.,

Whoever reads this cannot go wrong dealing with this company.

I spoke to a computer and my issue is unresolved. I called Moultrie for an issue with a product I purchased and I had to reply through and email a 3rd party company. I wasn't even sure if it was safe

Yesterday my camera was working; today I am getting a pending check-in for updated settings, and I am 2 hrs away from the camera.

I see so many comments with issues like mine. No help from Moultrie AT ALL.

Camera battery life never changes and photo intervals never work. It takes pictures sometimes every 2 minutes sometimes every 3 or 5 minutes. Called countless times. Finally they sent me a different camera and it does exactly the same thing.

Now I cant even get through to anyone. And they tell you to push whatever number and they will call back. Liars.

Screw you moultrie go to spy cam or.ANYONE different. Moultrie don't care

Stole my money

They then charged me 50. A half month later, after the removal of my card, they would not give it back. It's an awful company, and the equipment they sell is a scam.

It all belongs in the trash can, and they should pay all these poor customers money back. Complete garbage.

Couldn’t get any help from customer service then on chat site I get shifted some scam app that charged me money and made it look like it was y’all and I had to pay 5 bucks for yall to call me

Camera tore up

Hi, my name is Isaiah and I currently switched from stealth cell cams to Moultrie this year. I went to put them out and one of them works and one of them does not.

I don't care where you are; it will not pick up any service. I would love to get it fixed or replaced by any chance. If not, I will just switch to a different brand because I've noticed these cameras are draining batteries.

Please just try and help me out. Thanks so much.

Bought an Edge 2 dual pack less than a month ago and have had connection issues from day one. The only thing Moultrie can do is cancel my subscription.

When you ask to speak with someone about your account a machine could not help me so much trouble don't have that problem with my other cameras that not Moultrie mobile

My camera ain’t got the pictures on it and it’s not working right

I cant get on my Moultrie. The pictures disappeared wont let me know my battery percentage. If we are paying for Moultrie and cant get on it while were paying for it.
