I have 2 Moultrie cameras that I sent in for testing. After 2 weeks, I reached out for an update and was quickly told nothing is wrong with your cameras, and they shipped them back. Once I received both cameras, I put both back out and they both did the same thing....

Bad customer service and bad product

1st camera died after 1 month of use, they sent a replacement. But I cant get it to connect to the app. I have called customer service 3 times still no help.

Not happy with my product

They still have done nothing to fix this problem. I'm very upset. I have four cameras maybe more not working. Brand new. Lost a full year worth of pictures.

Moultrie is junk

Bought 5of there cameras work good for one season. Quit working took day time pictures but nothing at night moultrie replace 2 of them one works they other one dont.Try shippping them wouldnt warrant them cause no receipt. No more moultrie s for me

Not satisfied with customer service

Purchased this deer feeder for my husband for Christmas. It did not come with the metal spinner plate or the batteries it said came with it. Which it stated in the instructions the metal spinner plate was an important part I contacted the seller from Amazon who did not help and told me to contact the company. I contacted Moultrie who told me to email the company with what was missing a copy of the receipt and my address and phone number, which I did. NOW I have to take a picture??? So lets make your customer jump through hoops just to get the problem resolved. This is one UNHAPPY customer

User's recommendation: Buy from another company. Although it would be a very nice feeder.

Very disappointed

I have a moultrie game camera that has quite working and of course its just a little over two years old so the warranty is no longer any good. So I got on their website for troubleshooting help and cant get any help unless I join their club for $1.00 that automatically renews unless you cancel it. First of all they made the piece of junk but cant help me unless I pay ! Its not the dollar its just the idea that they think I should pay for help . Ill be shopping for new cameras but I bet you can guess what I wouldnt be buying.

Oblems with my XV6000 camera

Found out from a friend / I had to update app again. Lost connection.After checking camera tried to call Moultrie support to no avail. Found out from my son and a friend that I needed to update my app. Did so all working now.

Can’t get anyone to help

Controller for feeder quit working in less than a year from purchase. NO AT MOULTRIE GIVES A CRAP You have made the process of trying to get help so difficult its embarrassing This is an an American company that has customer service like China. Embarrassing. I will NEVER buy anything moultrie again

I have a simple question

My complaint is that you DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE or it would nit be impossible to get someone on the phone Screw you and your feeders I will NEVER buy another one. I bought a brand new one and it quit in less than a year And you people simply dont care.

Unable to communicate with company. No support. They don't respond to any inquiries. Do not recommend their products. Leave ya hanging after you spent your money. Terrible!
