Verified ReviewerResolved: Need to speak to customer service support but can't get through the automated call assistant.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. An update rendered an important feature of the app that is very important to me. The explained what was going on and also explained that there was a new feature that has similar results to the other feature.
I was contacted by moultrie, they satisfied why I needed to contact them, I am also satisfied with the results of the call.
I have been calling Moultrie customer service support but keep getting nowhere with the automated call assistant. When I get routed to a team member, I receive a recorded message that they are busy and to please call back.
You can't even leave a message. I tried the chat support but if you don't respond within a certain amount of time, they end the chat.
Customers also work. I am very displeased with how they handle their call center.

Verified Reviewer |HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN PRODUCT NEVER SENT,, BUT BILLED IMMEDIATELY
This horrible company took my money, created a label with the USPS but never sent the package to the USPS to deliver to me. I called and was told it was the USPS fault.
After 3 hours of back and forth, Moultrie advises that I have to wait to see if they find the product in their distribution center and if they do, they will mail it to me, arriving way after Christmas, and then I will have to return it to them in order to receive a refund. So, my money will be held up for 3-4 weeks, I will have to pay to return it, and then MAYBE they will refund me.
RUN SCREAMING FROM EVER ORDERING HERE. TERRIBLE.

Resolved: Camera trouble
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. You pointed out my lack of knowing that I needed to notify you that I was stopping my account on a camera not working when I installed a new camera. I
Problem turned out to be mine. I did not know I had to contact Moultrie in order to delete camera that no longer worked when I added new camera.
I am again not receiving notifications on my phone again and my account shows I have two cameras. I got the newest camera stopped working thats why I got new one and I was charged for a plan instead of just transferring account to new camera

I have reached out to support numerous times but can never reach them. They say that if you leave your number, they will call you back, but they do not.
I just need to let them know about a new feeder I bought. The varmint cage does not have an access door to the battery/control portion.
This really stinks. They just need to answer the phone and send me another one!

Customer service was impossible to reach while setting up the cameras. The cameras/software are not nearly as easy to use as their competitors.
THEY HAVE NO PAUSE FEATURE IN THE MOBILE PLAN SO YOU GET MONTHS OF PHOTOS THAT YOU DON'T WANT. I WILL BE THROWING ALL MY CAMERAS IN THE TRASH AND MOVING TO A COMPETITOR

Contact me. No delivery, no contact.
They don't reply to emails etc., etc.
They claim it's at Gatwick Airport according to the tracking, where it has been for weeks. I don't like getting ripped off or being ignored, and that's what they are doing.

The cams barely work. They don’t send you all your pictures. Moultrie won’t even give us discounts when they know there is a server issue.
Cameras wont send pics to your phone correctly. Takes two hours to get customer support on the phone.

My fish feeder is completely broken. I need replacement parts motors times everything call me.
The fifth feeder I had was no longer available for a replacement parts so I bought a new one all is OK now

Cannot reach a human
I have been trying to reach Moultrie regarding 1 of my cameras for almost 2 months now. I have contacted them via phone, email and their live support.
I have received nothing but automated responses. I have left a call back number at least 10 times.
Anyone know how to reach them? I have also tried canceling my account and I get nothing

I would leave them negative stars if I could. These people are criminals.
I've been paying them for a service that doesn't work and they offer zero support. I have sent emails, called and sat on hold for hours with zero response. This has gone on for months.
I'm going to burn these cameras and will never buy anything that says Moultrie on it ever again. ***

I have the $10 plan. It's saying that I used up 1,000 pictures in like two days, which is impossible.
They gave me another 1,000 pictures, the same thing happened - out of pictures. Not only that, brand new batteries, which aren't cheap, are saying I only have like 7% battery life. How could this be? I want a refund, please.
Also, I just spoke to a customer service guy. He hung up on me. I am very frustrated and feel it's ludicrous to get a manager to call me back in 24-48 hours. My problem isn't resolved and I am missing out on the last couple days of pictures, hunting starts tomorrow.
I don't have the money to buy any more cameras. This is not professional customer service. My number is (607)427-****.
