Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Finally able to get a call through to another part of their business.
Explained my problem and she took my information and forwarded to supervisor over help desk area. Received a call with in 20 mins. Went through troubleshooting, all of which I had already done, customer service concluded that they would just send a replacement camera.
Said that they wouldn’t be available to consumers for 2 weeks. She also transferred my subscription to my other camera..

User's recommendation: Screw this company. Just buy Cuddeback. Customer service is definitely worth the slightly higher cost.
Batteries issue
Return of the cost of a 1 year program.
User's recommendation: I would recommend the camera as long as the internet goes as far as the camera is placed from the house.
