Moultrie is junk

Bought 5of there cameras work good for one season. Quit working took day time pictures but nothing at night moultrie replace 2 of them one works they other one dont.Try shippping them wouldnt warrant them cause no receipt. No more moultrie s for me

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Finally able to get a call through to another part of their business.

Explained my problem and she took my information and forwarded to supervisor over help desk area. Received a call with in 20 mins. Went through troubleshooting, all of which I had already done, customer service concluded that they would just send a replacement camera.

Said that they wouldn’t be available to consumers for 2 weeks. She also transferred my subscription to my other camera..

I have been trying to contact MoultrieMobile since 10/10/21. No answer, no call back, no email back. Been on hold several times only to be disconnected after 1 hour of waiting each time. They have no problem taking my money but I cant get anyone at all to help with a defective camera that I am paying services for.

I returned the camera after I had purchased a 1 year program so I would like to receive that payment back as I no longer have the camera.

Not happy with my product

They still have done nothing to fix this problem. I'm very upset. I have four cameras maybe more not working. Brand new. Lost a full year worth of pictures.

I have a moultrie game camera that has quite working and of course its just a little over two years old so the warranty is no longer any good. So I got on their website for troubleshooting help and cant get any help unless I join their club for $1.00 that automatically renews unless you cancel it. First of all they made the piece of junk but cant help me unless I pay ! Its not the dollar its just the idea that they think I should pay for help . Ill be shopping for new cameras but I bet you can guess what I wouldnt be buying.

Broken cameras

MoultrieMobile has the worst customer service ever. Ive bought two cameras from them and theyve been broken more than theyve worked. Ive called more than ten times about the same problem and they never answer, or say they are busy and to try again later, every time theyve answered which is not many they could never fix the problem and left me empty handed.

Poor customer service

I have no idea what happen in this company but this is unreal. There is no customer service. I have several issues and I keep getting automatic responses about poor service. I don't think anyone is actually attempting to help me. I got a defective modem and I'm getting the same automatic "bad cell service" responses. The cameras have just fell off the scale in quality. I got more broken moultrie cameras then ever before. That USE to be the only camera I bought. Now they are very sub-par. Moultrie, you lost what once was a very loyal customer. The extremely poor customer service was definitely the straw. Your prices are too high compared to the poor quality and extremely crapy customer service. What happen?

Not satisfied with customer service

Purchased this deer feeder for my husband for Christmas. It did not come with the metal spinner plate or the batteries it said came with it. Which it stated in the instructions the metal spinner plate was an important part I contacted the seller from Amazon who did not help and told me to contact the company. I contacted Moultrie who told me to email the company with what was missing a copy of the receipt and my address and phone number, which I did. NOW I have to take a picture??? So lets make your customer jump through hoops just to get the problem resolved. This is one UNHAPPY customer

Moultrie - Existing current problems with 7000 series
I cant begin to describe my frustration and disappointment with Moultrie and its cellular cameras / services. I will not take a lot of time though because Ive done so so many times in the last theee years ( check my customer notes). I have (5) 7000 series cameras that have never operated properly and have had consistent uploading / connectivity issues. Ive wasted countless hours trying to work with Moultrie to efficiently and respectfully resolve these problems to no avail. Most recently, Ive asked for a full refun
